In Vitro Preclincal Testing for chemicals

Many countries monitor their food supply for chemical. From past decade, testing of Chemical compounds around the country has shown a dangerous, and extremely poisonous. They are well documented and mostly found in water, soil, and air. With all these poisons surrounding us, it is not surprising to see a dramatic increase in illnesses. Different groups shown in animal that there is direct links between the chemical and breast and prostate cancer, early-onset puberty, and polycystic ovary syndrome. Most of these chemical when they absorbed into the body, its chemical structure may be changed or metabolized to a substance that is more toxic or less toxic. All people are not equally sensitive to these chemicals. It depends on genetic difference, exposure time, age, diet, and pregnancy.
